Compare SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional License Types

SOLIDWORKS PDM
software uses floating client licenses. When you log in to a vault, the license installed on your system is taken from a pool of licenses that are managed by the SolidNetWork License Server. When you log out or exit SOLIDWORKS PDM, the license is returned to the pool and can be used by another client. SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional software is available in three different license types: CAD Editor, Contributor and Viewer. Learn more about the capabilities of each license type below or review our Guide to Buying SOLIDWORKS PDM.
