Our well trained Application Engineer (AE) Team has a strong and diverse engineering background. They are equally skilled at communicating as they are at problem solving.

Our staff is divided into two teams, Technical Support Group and Consulting Services Groups. The Technical Support Group is responsible for Demonstrations, Training and Customer Support. The Consulting Services Group handles implementation and integration as well as mechanical engineering projects and custom application development for our customers.

Our AEs work in every stage of the sales cycle. They run Workshops and Seminars, demonstrating the abilities and benefits of our available applications. They can work with your design and engineering teams to develop tailored software solutions to your critical business issues. They provide in-depth training on all of our software solutions, including tutoring and testing your team members for certification. They are the first line of support for any software issue. More importantly, they provide true design and engineering problem solving by going beyond software support to provide the critical engineering support that your organization needs.
