Analysis Acceleration Program

Supercharge your SOLIDWORKS Simulation capabilities

     Call Alignex 866-378-6829

Alignex has always offered virtual simulation software as well as simulation and analysis services, but we are now also offering a hybrid option called the Analysis Acceleration Program.

The program provides companies with access to a 3-month term license of any available SOLIDWORKS simulation package, along with custom training to help users get up to speed quickly. You will get a dedicated simulation expert assigned to your project who will help accelerate your virtual testing timelines. The expert will meet with your team on a set schedule to provide on-going training and mentoring, ensuring you are getting the analysis results you're looking for and keep your project progressing, no matter how many iterations you need.

The Analysis Acceleration Program might be a good fit for your organization if:

    • You have a short-term need for simulation tools
    • Multiple iterations may be required
    • Budget is an issue
    • You want to evaluate the software on a real project before investing in a perpetual license

The Analysis Acceleration Program brings simulation software and skills in-house for your specific project while providing the training and advanced support required to successfully complete the project. Fill out the form to the right to get started. We will contact you to discuss how the program can fit your simulation analysis needs.

    The Alignex Analysis Acceleration Process:

Step 1: Select Your Simulation License Type

A 3-month term license of any available SOLIDWORKS simulation package for FEA, CFD or Plastics Injection can be selected for this program. Our team of simulation experts will review your design validation goals to help identify the best fit for your particular use case. License types include:

    • SOLIDWORKS Simulation Standard, Professional or Premium
    • SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation
    • SOLIDWORKS Plastics Standard, Professional or Premium
    • Or ask about advanced, cloud-based simulation capabilities with SIMULIAworks (featuring Abaqus technology)

Step 2: Schedule Your Analysis Jump Start Session

Get started quickly with our 8-hour expert simulation setup package. Our experts will work directly with your team on your first project. Using a mentor-based approach, we will ensure that you are completely confident in your first study's results. In this session, our experts will:

    1. Review your project and define the analysis requirements
    2. Recommend CAD modeling techniques for efficient simulations
    3. Teach you how to define materials, interactions, fixtures and loads
    4. Discuss mesh and solver considerations
    5. Review and interpret the study results
    6. Generate plots, graphs, tables and animations to include in the final report

Step 3: Build Your Ongoing Analysis Acceleration Support Package

After the initial Jump Start session, our team will have a better understanding of your company’s current simulation goals and the level of in-house knowledge. Our experts can then craft a recommended plan for your on-going support package featuring custom training and/or mentoring on a set schedule.

We will pair your team with the right expert, along with the right amount of support, based on your specific use case and team needs to help you complete your project as fast as possible.
