Mechanical Training Registration Form

Submitting this Registration Form does not constitute reserved scheduling. A notice will be transmitted confirming official training date, time, location and price.
Unless previously arranged, payment for classes must be received 10 business days prior to the first day of class. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 5 business days prior to the first day of class. Any cancellations after this time will be subject to a 50% reservation fee. Unless otherwise noted, all classes are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Lunch is provided for students attending classes at Alignex office locations. If you have any further questions, contact your Alignex Sales Rep or email training@alignex.com.
Alignex, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any class that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements.
