Service is where we truly shine at Alignex.  Each and every sales and support staff member strives to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.  Our well trained Application Engineer (AE) Team has a strong and diverse engineering background.  They are equally skilled at communicating as they are at problem solving. 

Our staff is divided into two teams, Technical Support Group and Consulting Services Groups.  The Technical Support Group is responsible for Demonstrations, Training and Customer Support.  The Consulting Services Group handles implementation and integration as well as custom engineering projects and custom application development for our customers.

Our AEs work in every stage of the sales cycle.  They run Workshops and Seminars, demonstrating the abilities and benefits of our available applications.  They can work with your design and engineering teams to develop tailored software solutions to your critical business issues.  They provide in-depth training on all of our software solutions, including tutoring and testing your team members for certification.  They are the first line of support for any software issue.  More importantly, they provide true design and engineering problem solving by going beyond software support to provide the critical engineering support that your organization needs.

 

Alignex has demonstrated over and over again their dedication to their company vision and the extensive knowledge they possess in all areas of support.  Alignex is an expert at their craft and a pleasure to work with.  It’s not too often you run into such a great group of individuals that love what they do and consistently go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. 

The kind of commitment I am referring to are things like:

  • An Alignex support individual driving in rush hour through a blizzard to drop off a workstation at our site, which could have waited until the next day to deliver. 
  • Offsite custom Administration training in Duluth
  • The Alignex support staff has always been accessible when I have a problem or need immediate assistance.
  • We have a fairly large user base and when the time comes every year to roll out a major release, the Alignex team is onsite helping my group implement this enormous task, usually on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Naturally, training is of significant importance in this industry.  Anyone can read from a training manual or exercise, but the training we have received from Alignex goes beyond that.  They know the SolidWorks product inside and out and as such, Datacard has received excellent training.  When we needed a one-day class for the technical publications discipline, Alignex came through for us.  When we needed more intensive training, they structured a compression training class for us.  Whatever our needs have been, they have delivered.  I am very impressed with Alignex; the company, the training, and the support.
